1. Fast/parallelized permutation test method

  • To reduce dimension (make the compuation faster)

  • Make pararellization in R platform

2. Linked ICA algorithm

  • spatially interpretable feature selection via Wavelet or B-spline basis function

  • Faster implementation of linked ICA

3. Quantification of replicability of massive univariate analysis

  • Bootstrapping based quantification of the stability of findings.

  • Find the meaningful cut-point or measures to quantify spatial extent of significant regions.

4. Interpretable prediction models

  • Importance scores and post-hoc interpretation

  • Measures of variable importance and measure of replicability

  • How to deal with interactions in the prediction model
